The learned Advocate for the appellant states that the claimant i.e. respondent No.1 has also filed the appeal for enhancement. CIVIL APPLICATION (C.A.F.) NO.2887/2024 6.

The appellant has filed this appeal challenging the judgment and award passed by the Presiding Officer of Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur on 31.3.2023 in case No.1172/AMT/AMT/2020. The appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount along with accrued interest thereon before this Court within a period of 12 weeks. The effect and operation of the impugned award is stayed subject to depositing the above amount by

fa1040.2024.odt the appellant within a period of 12 weeks. If the appellant fails to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay shall automatically stand vacated.
