For the reasons stated in both the applications, the applications are allowed.

Civil Application [CAF] No.942/2014 for condonation of delay is restored against respondent No.1. The appellant to take steps to provide address of respondent No.1 during service to be effected.

Civil Application [CAF] No.942/2014 :- Steps be taken within a period of three weeks from today, failing which, the application shall stands dismissed without reference to this Court.
