Considering the nature of relief claimed, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the application by directing to add the present petition in the list of final hearing Board, as the petitioner is 83 years old senior citizen.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2625 OF 2022 This is an application for condonation of delay in bringing the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner on record and setting aside abatement.

2) Since the prayer is not objected, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay in bringing legal representatives of the deceased petitioner on record and set aside the abatement.

2 904-wp 2997.2016.odt CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2624 OF 2022 This is an application for substituting the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner on record. 2) Since the prayer is not objected, we permit the petitioner to bring on record the legal representative by carrying out appropriate amendment within two weeks, failing which, on the next date, the Court will be constrained to saddle costs. 3) Mr.Deshpande, learned Counsel undertakes to file his Vakalatnama for legal heirs of the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
