Inspite of last chance granted vide order dated 12.02.2024, the office objections are not removed.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has resigned from service on 06.07.2020. He further submits that all office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today.

As such, time of two weeks is granted, as prayed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One thousand only) to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur within a period of one week from today. Receipt of such payment shall be placed on record by the next date.

If the costs are not paid and office objections are not removed within aforesaid period, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
