During the course of submissions, Mr. Mohod and Mrs. Tripathi, on instructions, submit that the petitioner has already completed his entire jail sentence and he is released permanently.

Their statements are accepted.

Thus, nothing survives in the matter. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of.
