Civil Application (caw) No.1658 of 2021 Civil Application (caw) No.1658 of 2021 seeks to intervene in the matter as a respondent on the ground that the name of the applicant, is included in the complaint filed against the petitioner. Admittedly, no orders have been passed and no action has been taken against the applicant, on the basis of the said complaint. There is no locus spelt out for the applicant to be joined as a party respondent in the petition, considering which, the application is rejected.

Civil Application (caw) No.1872 of 2021 Civil Application No.1872 of 2021 seeks to amend the petition to the additional ground and correction to the cause tittle.

(2) 19.wp.3568.2020 Mr. Bhoyar, learned counsel for the respondent No.3, has no objection and such is the case with the learned Additional Government Pleader, considering which, Civil Application No.1872 of 2021 is allowed.

The amendment be carried out today itself.

The amended copy of the petition be supplied to the respondents, within a period of week from today.
