By this application, respondent No.2 seeks to withdraw the amount of compensation in his name as mentioned on his Aadhar Card. Respondent No.2 is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation as per the name appearing on his Aadhar Card on undertaking that in case of any loss on this count, he shall indemnify the insurer.
