29/08/2023 By this application, prayer is made to issue necessary direction to Registry to deposit the amount of compensation in the separate accounts of respondent Nos.1(a) to 1 (e).

Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 (a) to 1 (e) submits that in his application, he has not stated about the entitlement of each respondents. However, across the bar, he submits that respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(e) are entitled to get equal share from the said amount. 3.

In view of this, the application is allowed.

Registry shall deposit the amount of share of respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(e) in their separate bank
