By this application, applicants-respondent nos.1 to 6 seek permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant-VIDC before this court through power of attorney holder.

It is stated that all the claimants have executed the power of attorney in favour of respondent no.1 and same is already placed on record.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and applicants-respondent nos.1 to 6 are permitted to withdraw the amount through power of attorney. 4.
