This is an application seeking withdrawal of the fixed deposit in Union Bank Of India, Yavatmal Branch. Earlier this Court had dismissed the appeal filed by the Insurance Company on 17.09.2021.

Mr. Vora, learned counsel for the respondents/claimants would submit that after the dismissal of the appeal some amounts were made payable to the respondent Nos.1,3 & 4, respondent No.2 having already passed away and certain amounts were to be kept in fixed deposit of a Prity

Let the amounts along with interest lying in the fixed deposit with the Union Bank of India, Yavatmal Branch, be allowed to be withdrawn in the names of three claimants equally, after due verification.

The civil application stands disposed in the above terms. No costs.
