The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.

Writ Petition No.7152/2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is restricting his relief to prayer Clause (iii) of the petition whereby he has sought directions against respondent No.3-Chief Officer, Arni, District - Yavatmal, to decide his application dated 19.07.2021 for recording their names and transfer of title in respect of the property i.e. Sheet No.9, Survey No.4/1, Nazul, Plot No.1613 admeasuring 618.5 sq. mtrs. situated at Nazul Jurisdiction Arni, Yavatmal.

Considering the nature of the relief sought, the petition can be disposed of with directions to respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision on application dated 19.07.2021, after hearing the petitioners and intervenor/respondent No.5.

The decision on the said application, be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of this order.

The parties shall appear before respondent No.3 - Chief Officer, Arni, District - Yavatmal, on 19.12.2023.
