ATE : JANUARY 23 , 2024 We have heard Mr. Nishant Patil, learned counsel for petitioner. A prayer is made by the petitioner for issuance of directions to the respondents, thereby directing them to grant admission to the petitioner in the Agricultural College at Nagpur in the Plant Physiology branch.

2) The petitioner has appeared for PG-CET-2022 exam. It appears that since she has failed to submit certificate of Project Affected Person, she was not granted admission. It is the case of the petitioner that she has produced the certificate as that of Project Affected Person at later point of time, however, the same has not been considered.

3) Since the admission process as against PG-CET2022 is already concluded and the Supreme Court has issued directions to the High Court not to interfere, once the admission process is completed, we do not see any reason to cause interference.
