This is an application is for grant of early hearing. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has several family liabilities and prays for fixed date for early hearing.

The appeal is of the year 2016. Since the year 2003 and 2004, the appeals are pending in this Court, in view of that, the said application can be considered in the month of February-2024.

In view of the above, criminal appeal be placed before the Court in the week commencing from 19/02/2024.
