The applicant has filed this Application seeking condonation of delay of 400 days in filing the Appeal, against the judgment and order dated 4.5.20016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli.

The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to his poor financial condition he could not engage a private counsel.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application and since the applicant is jail, in the interest of justice the delay of 400 days is hereby condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur. Application is allowed in above terms.
