Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are forest labourers whose claim for regularization has not been decided by respondent no. 3. 3.
In view of the contention raised, we direct the respondent no. 3 to treat the present petitions as a representations and decide the same, within a period of eight weeks from today. The respondent authorities are further directed to take into consideration the grounds raised in these petitions. Learned counsel for the petitioners undertake to produce a copy of these petitions along with
