These applications are filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 611 days in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record and setting aside the abatement.

Respondent No.1 is died on 21.08.2019 and the petitioners came to know about it on 04.08.2023 when the Counsel for the respondents filed the pursis about the death of respondent No.1.

Considering the reasons stated in the applications and considering the covid period, the delay is condoned. The abatement is set aside.

The petitioners are allowed to bring the legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record.
