By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment and decree passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Akola in LAC No.256/2005.

Learned Counsel submitted that the amount of compensation along with accrued interest is already deposited before this Court and before the trial Court. She further submitted that 75% of the amount is deposited in this Court and 25% of the amount is deposited in the Reference Court. As the appellant is already deposited the amount, the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment and decree passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Akola in LAC No.256/2005, be stayed till disposal of the appeal. 4.

Civil application is disposed of.
