It is stated in the application that the respondent nos. 5 and 7 could not be served for want of correct address. Therefore, the applicant is furnishing correct addresses of respondent nos. 5 and 7 . The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the respondent nos. 5 and 7, returnable within six weeks.
