The applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 5 have filed this application for grant of permission to withdraw the compensation amount.

The appellant-VIDC has challenged the order passed by the learned reference Court and deposited the entire amount before this Court. The applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 5 are the original claimants. They have filed this application for withdrawal of amount, as the respondent No.1 is Prity
2 / 2 14.caf3052.2025 bedridden and for her medical treatment and to build a new house. The respondents have filed this application, as they have need of money.

Considering the reasons given in the application, the applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% out of total compensation on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety within a period of two weeks.

Registry is directed to transfer the amount in the bank account of the respective applicants in proportionate amount as per the award within a period of six weeks on their furnishing usual undertaking and solvent surety and their bank account details.

Learned counsel for appellant has objected to withdraw the entire amount of compensation, hence, the appeal is pending.
