Date : 8 th February, 2016 Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties. The learned counsels for the petitioner and the respondent No.1 make a statement before this Court that it is agreed between the petitioner and the respondent No.1 that the petitioner shall be permitted to work as Physical Training Instructor and he shall be continued in service as such on the understanding that the petitioner shall not claim back wages. In view of this, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition as settled. Hence, the petition is dismissed as settled between the parties.
