Learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company submits that he has deposited an amount of 70,54,055/- in this Court and around 51 lakhs in the ₹ ₹ Tribunal.

Considering the grounds raised in the memo of appeal and submission of the learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2, respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw an amount of 50 lakhs alongwith interest ₹ accrued thereon.
