The petitioner has moved this application for grant of permission to amend the writ petition by adding respondent No.4 after respondent No.3 and by incorporating prayer clause 1(a) after prayer clause (i).

Since the respondent has no objection, the present application is allowed.

The amendment to be carried out within one week.

After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondent No.4, returnable on 01.10.2025.
