After arguing the matter for some time and when this Court was not inclined to grant bail, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.

At this stage, it is further requested that since the applicant is in jail for more than 11⁄2 years, liberty may be granted to move an application for grant of bail afresh in case there will be no progress in the trial. 3.
The permission, as sought, is granted with liberty as prayed for, if the trial is not commenced within next nine months.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
