According to learned counsel for the applicants/appellants, respondent No.1 was tried to be served on his last known address but he could not be served on the same address. Hence, he prays for substituted service by an advertisement in daily newspaper "Gujrat Samachar" circulated in the locality where respondent No.1 resided last at Valsad, Taluka and District Valsad (Gujrat).

Considering the reasons stated in the application the permission is granted.

The applicants/appellants are allowed to serve respondent No.1 by means of substituted service by paper publication of the .....2/-

cas818.15 notice in the Newspaper i.e. daily "Gujrat Samachar" in the area where respondent No.1 resided last.

Report along with copy of the publication be furnished in the Court with affidavit within a period of six weeks.

The civil application is disposed of as such.
