DATED : 25-08-2025 Civil Application No.2630/2025 The learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that, as per the order dated 25/07/2025, the appellant has deposited the entire awarded amount along with interest in the Court, and therefore, he urged for confirmation of the said adinterim order. 2.

On perusal of the record, I find substance in his contention. Hence, considering the same as well as the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer Clause-(i) First Appeal No.1027/2025 3.

Having considered the grounds raised in the appeal memo, the appeal is 'Admitted'.
