This application is moved in order to seek a direction for extension of time to the Appellate Court to decide the pending appeals. A perusal of the order dated 29/08/2022, passed by this Court shows that a specific direction was given for deciding the appeals within one month from the date of the order as paper book is already on the record of the Appellate Court. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that now the applicant intends to file an application under Order 41 Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to place on record some documents and, therefore, extension of time may be granted for disposal of the appeal.

This Court is not impressed with the submissions made on behalf of the applicant. No ground is made out for extension of time for disposal of the appeals. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
