I was not inclined to grant bail.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that leave may be granted to revive the prayer for bail after the receipt of the Chemical Analyzer (CA) report or if there is no significant progress in the trial in the next six months.

The submission is reasonable.

While the application is dismissed, the learned trial Judge is requested to proceed with the trial expeditiously.

Liberty is reserved to the applicant to revive the prayer for bail after the receipt of the CA report or if there is no significant progress in the trial in the next six months.

The liberty to apply afresh for bail on the ground that there is no significant progress in the trial is subject to the condition that this order is brought to the notice of the learned trial Judge, by the applicant or his counsel, within the next seven days and further that the delay, if any, is not attributable to any of the accused.
