None for the petitioner. The record indicates that by order dated 27-03-2016 the petition was dismissed for non appearance of the petitioner. The petition came to be restored thereafter. This Court has passed the order on 09-06-2025 keeping the petition for dismissal. Inspite of this order, non appears for the petitioner.

Hence, petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Learned Counsel for the contesting respondent seeks withdrawal of the amount of backwages deposited by order dated 22-07-2009.

In view of the fact that the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution, there is no impediment to permit the respondent no.2 to withdraw the said amount.
