This is an application for withdrawal of 50% of the balance amount deposited in terms of order of this Court. 3.

Earlier 50% amount was allowed to be withdrawn subject to furnishing usual undertaking.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, respondent No.1(a) to 1(f) are allowed to withdraw the balance 50% amount subject to furnishing solvent surety. 5.

Respondent No.1(f) power of attorney holder for remaining respondents is allowed to withdraw the amount. 6.

The amount be paid within three weeks.
