It is pointed out that during the pendency of the appeal, one of the partners of the firm died, due to which the said firm was reconstituted and it was then registered upon such reconstitution. 2.

In view of the statement made in the application, the same can be granted in the interest of justice. Accordingly, the respondent No.1 is permitted to substitute the name as stated in paragraph 4 of the application.
