The non-applicant has not been served in MCA No.606/21, considering which, I do not deem it appropriate to issue any notices. Considering the quantum of delay and accepting the reasons, delay is condoned. Appliction is allowed.

CA St. No.15216/22 is for restoration of MCA 606/21 for the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. MCA No.606/21 is restored, subject to the condition that the correct address of the non-applicant shall be furnished within a period of one week from today.
