Upon hearing learned counsel for both parties, following additional substantial question of law is framed. Whether in the facts of the case, the learned First Appellate Court was right in holding that the deceased Narmadabai had succeed to the share of son Venudas, who expired on 27.12.1946, and was entitled to bequeath the said share by executing the Will dated 29.09.1988, as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956?
