Our attention has been drawn to the earlier orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3626 of 2021 as well as Writ Petition

22-7121-22-WP=.doc No.5682 of 2021. The facts in the present petition as well as the petitions on which reliance is placed are identical. 5.

Accordingly, we direct respondent no.3 to release the arrears i.e. arrears of 6th pay, gratuity and leave encashment of the petitioner as stated in para 6 of the petition, within six months from the date of passing of this order.

Needless to state that the respondent no.3 shall take into account any payment already made to the petitioner in the aforesaid context.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
