DATED : 17-03-2025 According to Mr. Katkar, learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 1, the respondent No. 5 stands superannuated on 31.10.2024, thereby creating a vacancy in the post to which he was appointed. Mr. Meghe, the learned petitioner submits that since the claim of the petitioner was already made earlier in point of time the same can be considered in light of the vacancy which has arisen, in light of the policy which is applicable. That being the limited grievance, in view of the aforesaid subsequent events, we dispose off the petition by directing respondent No. 1 to consider claim of the petitioner for being posted as Hindi Teacher in the vacancy arisen on account of retirement of respondent No.5, which shall be done in terms of the policy as applicable. The orders dtd. 22.7.2022 and 17.6.2022 shall not come in the way of the petitioner for such consideration as the vacancy has now arisen. The petition is accordingly disposed off in above terms.
