The appellant Nos.1 and 3 are dead. Thereafter, the counsel for the appellants informed that letter is sent to appellant No.2. The said letter has been returned back with a remark that "Addressee Not Known". The counsel was discharged. The notice issued to appellant No.2 for engagement of another counsel is returned back with a report that noticee is not residing on the given address. The best efforts can be done by sending the notice on the address mentioned in the cause title, but that has been done. 2.

It appears that the appellant No.2 is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
