DATE : 16/01/2025 In view of judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6732/2024, 7244/2024 and 46/2025, and in view of alternate remedy under Section 247 of the MLR Code, the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. Accordingly, permission is granted with liberty as prayed for. 2.

The Collector is hereby directed, if any appeal is filed, it may be decided within two months.
