Upon invalidation of the caste claim of the petitioner, this Court granted protection on 05.12.2016 in Writ Petition No. 6187/2016. The services of the petitioner on the post of Live Stock Supervisor, which is the original post on which he was appointed, was protected.

When the Writ Petition was decided, petitioner was working on the promotional post and by

Order 0901wp7390.17 the impugned order he is reverted back to the post of Live Stock Supervisor, on the basis of the judgment delivered by this Court.

Before Zilla Parishad, an undertaking was furnished that the petitioner shall not claim any benefits as Rajput Bhamta (VJ), in future.

In view of the aforesaid position, we do not find any fault in the order dated 02.08.2017 passed by the respondent Zilla Parishad, reverting the petitioner to the post of Live Stock Supervisor. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
