This is an application for condonation of delay. Though notice is served on the respondent, none appeared on behalf of respondent No. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant. It reveals from the application that, due to financial condition of the appellant, he could not approach the counsel and nor prefer the appeal in time. Therefore, legal aid is given to the appellant. Learned appointed counsel submitted that, due to the financial condition, he could not approach the court and therefore, delay is caused.

Considering the delay mentioned in the application, which appears to be just and reasonable.

The delay caused in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned.

The criminal application is disposed of.
