The applicants have moved this application for speaking to minute to correct/replace the word "Arbitrator" with the word "Umpire" in paragraph 2 of the order dated 05.09.2024. Learned counsel has also pointed out the order dated 18.04.2023, passed by the learned Arbitrator, as well as the prayer clause in the application. On perusal of the same, I found substance in his contention. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The word "Arbitrator" be substituted/replaced in paragraph 2 of the order dated 05.09.2024 with the word "Umpire" and the corrected order be uploaded.
