Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty file appeal against the order impugned. If such appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be treated as filed within limitation. 2.

Interim order passed by this Court dated 19th October, 2022 shall remain in operation till the decision of the appeal.
