In this writ petition, the Petitioners seek directions to the respondents to decide the representation submitted by the Petitioners for restoration of possession of their land which is acquired from them on the ground that the property till today has not been put to use for the purpose for which it is acquired.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the petition can be disposed of with liberty to submit the representation afresh to the Competent Authority.

Needless to state in case such representation is made, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter. 5.
