In these appeals interlocutory orders passed by the trial Court are under challenge. It is however submitted that in view of judgment dated 19.01.2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 5157 of 2014 the suit out of which said interlocutory adjudication arises itself has been disposed of. As the suit itself has been disposed of it is not necessary to consider the challenges as raised in the appeals. Hence, both the appeals are disposed of in view of disposal of the suit itself.
