Heard. Shri Nawab, learned counsel for the applicant submits that although the application pressed for extension of time by further two months, because of the surgery he has to undergo on the advise of the Doctor, it would be better if such extension is granted for 3 months.

I do not see any difficulty in accepting the prayer so made.

Application, is therefore, allowed.

Further three months' time, with effect from 05/09/2017, is granted for completion of conclusion of the trial.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
