JULY 23, 2025 The petitioners are seeking directions to the District Judge - 1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli, to decide Criminal Bail Application No. 106/2025, filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in a time bound manner. 2] As such, such applications are to be decided as expeditiously as possible, and even the Courts below are aware of such status. It appears that there is some genuine difficulty arising in Gadchiroli District, and that may be the reason why the application has been not decided expeditiously.

3] The learned Judge to decide the application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order, and submit report.

4] The petition is disposed of in above terms.
