Learned counsel for the petitioners submits, that in view of the order dated 29/11/2017, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amravati in Summary Criminal Case No.3482 of 2009, this petition is rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, does not press this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is made clear that this petition is not heard on merits.

In view of the order passed in aforesaid petition, nothing survives for consideration in the Criminal Application (APPW) No.159 of 2017. The said application is accordingly disposed of.
