DATE : October 07, 2016 By this civil application, the applicants-respondent Nos.1 to 4 seek permission to withdraw the amount which is deposited by the M.S.R.T.C. in this Court.

By our earlier order, we had directed the appellant to deposit 60% of the amount that was payable to the applicants in terms of the award of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. In the circumstances of the case, we permit the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court subject to furnishing of solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. and disposed of.
