The applicant/acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay of 85 days in filing appeal against the judgment dated 04.02.2023 passed by the learned Reference Court in Land Acquisition Case (LAC) No.172/2019. The respondent Nos.1 to 5, who are the original claimants, have already filed appeal against the same judgment, bearing First Appeal No.481 of 2024. 3.

As such, considering the short period of delay, the same stands condoned and the application is allowed accordingly.

The application is disposed of.

The appeal of acquiring body be registered after removal of office objections, if any.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 nd.thawre

to 5 and the learned AGP on behalf of the respondent Nos. 6 and 7, waive service in the said appeal.

After registration of the appeal, it be clubbed with the aforesaid First Appeal No.481/2024.
