By this application, the applicants / respondent Nos.1 to 8, seeks correction in the name of respondent Nos.2 to 6 in appeal memo as well as in record of the Court as per their Aadhar Cards and affidavit.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 8, who submitted that the surname of the respondent Nos.2 to 6 are not matching with the Aadhar Cards, therefore, to satisfy the registry, the respondent Nos.2 to 6 have filed affidavit on oath in respect of change of name. Registry has not satisfied with the same and therefore, the affidavit was sworn before the

(2) 1.caf.2612.2024 Tahsildar. Now, it is verified by the Registrar (Judicial).

The learned AGP submitted that the appropriate orders be passed.

Perused the application and the documents which are filed along with the application as well as the verification report of the Registrar. In view of that, the application is allowed.

The applicant is directed to correct the name of respondents Nos.2 to 6 in appeal memo as well as in record, within two weeks.
