After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing that this Court is not inclined to allow this application, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application. He further prays for extending the interim protection for another two weeks to enable him to surrender either before the Police or before the Court.

Permission to withdraw the present application is granted.

3.

Interim protection granted to the applicant vide order dated 21/09/2022 shall continue for two weeks to enable the applicant to surrender either before the Police or before the Court.

There is no need to state that after a lapse of two weeks period, the interim protection shall stand automatically cancelled.
