It is not in dispute that in the order dated 08.01.2019 inadvertently extension to furnish solvent surety is granted.

As a fact, the respondent has withdrawn 50% amount by furnishing solvent surety and the extension was sought to furnish undertaking for withdrawal of the balance 50% amount.

The application is allowed.

4.

The time to furnish undertaking is extended by further period of four weeks from the date of this order.
